PalmClub

Joining PalmClub is voluntary. We collect your email address to send occasional PalmPouch news, product updates and offers. We record your signup time and the disclosure you agreed to as evidence of your choice. We send a welcome email and a signup notification to PalmPouch.

Use the unsubscribe link in a PalmClub email to stop marketing without logging in or entering your email again. We retain limited subscription and suppression information for as long as reasonably necessary to honor that choice and prevent accidental marketing. Unsubscribing does not erase your entire subscriber record. If you join again through our signup form, we record fresh consent and reactivate your subscription.

Reviews and experience follow-up

When you share an experience, we collect your rating and review text, and any optional name or email address you provide. Submissions remain pending moderation and are not automatically displayed. By submitting, you permit PalmPouch to publish your review and submitted name on PalmPouch websites, social media, emails and other PalmPouch promotional materials.

Your optional email is used only to follow up about your experience. It is never displayed publicly or used for PalmClub marketing, and submitting a review does not subscribe you to PalmClub. We send the review, optional contact details and submission time to our support mailbox for review.

Optional review email addresses are retained for review and customer-experience follow-up for up to approximately 12 months and are periodically removed from review records when no longer required. Cleanup runs when a valid review is submitted or the owner opens the review administration page; its timing depends on that activity. Ratings, review text and submitted names may remain for moderation and permitted publication. Copies in legitimate support notification emails are separate: they are not automatically erased by the review-system cleanup and are retained only as reasonably needed for support and recordkeeping.

Website measurement

Our hosting platform, ChatGPT Sites, records basic traffic automatically, including unique visitors and page views over time. We do not add a separate analytics SDK, Google Analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting or remarketing tools to this website.

Security and technical information

Hosting services process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Our forms use field and request limits, spam checks and rate limiting. Network information may be used to create a pseudonymous cryptographic identifier; raw IP addresses are not intentionally stored in the PalmPouch application database for this purpose. Temporary rate-limit records expire after approximately 24 hours and are removed by cleanup.

Service providers and retention

We use OpenAI ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure to host the website and store its application data, and Resend to deliver emails. These providers may process or store information outside Thailand. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain active PalmClub information while you remain subscribed, limited suppression information to honor opt-outs, and reviews and names while needed for moderation, follow-up and permitted publication. Review email and temporary security-record retention are described above.

Your choices and requests

You can unsubscribe from marketing using an email link. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, email support@thepalmpouch.com. We will respond and explain any information we need to retain to honor an opt-out or meet applicable obligations.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when our website or handling of information changes. The published policy will show its release date.
